Freight & Automobile Transportation

Millennium Transport Corp. prides itself on excellence and customer satisfaction. Upon accepting a quote, a detailed work-order will be sent via e-mail and a security deposit must be paid. Security deposits can be paid directly through your work order or by calling (800) 790-5325 and paid over the phone. You can opt-in to SMS or E-mail notifications about your shipment. Standard messaging rates apply. You will be given a time and date of pick-up. Someone must be present at the time of pick-up and delivery. If someone is not present at the time of pick-up, your work order will be cancelled, you forfeit your deposit and a new work order will have to be generated.

As your scheduled pick-up date arrives, a driver will be in touch to coordinate an exact time. Upon arrival, you and the driver must complete an inspection and you must sign off on an inspection report. At this time, your shipment will be loaded and headed towards its delivery destination.

When the driver carrying your shipment is close to the destination, they will make reach out to the contact at delivery and update them with an ETA of arrival. When the carrier has arrived, the driver will unload the shipment. A thorough inspection will be done to make sure that the shipment is in the same condition it was in at the time of pick-up. The contact person at delivery destination must sign off on an inspection report. If any remaining balance is due, it must be paid at this time. Carriers accept cash, certified check or money orders. You may also call in to Millennium Transport Corp. and remit payment via credit card.

Refund Policy

Millennium Transport Corp. will provide clients and customers with a full refund up until 24 hours of pick-up.

Within 24 hours of pickup, Millennium Transport Corp. will provide customers with a refund and a 25% cancellation fee will be deducted.

If someone is NOT present at the time of pick-up, Millennium Transport Corp. WILL NOT grant a refund. Your security deposit is forfeited and your work order will be cancelled. If you are still in need of transportation services, you will have to create a new work order and submit a new security deposit.

Millennium Transport Corp. is committed to providing you excellent and stress-free transportation services. In the unlikely event that your freight or automobile is damaged, please know that Millennium Transport Corp. will do everything to make the situation right. An expert representative will provide you with all the necessary information, paperwork and details you need to make sure your damages and expenses are covered.

Your personal information including name, address, phone number, e-mail WILL NOT for any reason be shared or sold with any person or company that is not affiliated with your transportation needs, for any reason.
